Food Safety Report: Jack in the Box.

My husband on his way home, bought a choc shake on 11th st. from JITB of which he drank half , its a 20 min ride home. the other half I drank. He said he didn't feel good and was going to bed... we are sick as dogs and he may have to miss work. never again. we don't eat out 98 % of the time.I wonder how many people will go to the hospital over this? | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
