I was taking my fiancé's mom and sister home after working on our welding shop, they wanted to stop and get back in the box, I took them to get back in the box and decided that I myself wanted to get a sourdough jack. (this was the first time in over a year I wanted jack in the box) All this was around 8 p.m. that night. Fast foward to 5-6 p.m. the next day I while working in the shop i started feeling incredibly sick, with severe stomach pains, nausea, and flu like symptoms. It's been 3 days and I'm just gaining my appetite back after writhing in pain and nausea. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
