I went here for lunch on August 29th 2024. Only thing I’ve eaten all day. I started feeling sick around 11pm and after it just kept going. Throwing up, diarrhea, fever, chills and headaches every 30 mins. I was puking so bad that I was throwing up blood. This Jack in the box really messed me up. Even my friends. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
