I didn't feel like cooking anything so I decided to go to Jack in the Box. The time that I purchased my food was 5:47 AM 1/16/2017 as stated on my receipt. The item that I got that had the poisoning was a Double Jack. It smelt a bit awkward but I still ate it thinking it was safe to eat from this establishment. Several hours later I ended up vomiting everything I ate, as it was coming out I could taste that awkward smell and knew that my body was rejecting whatever it was. | Symptoms: Vomiting
