I eat the food here a lot but earlier today i decided to try something different i haven’t had in a while i got the #10 spicy chicken sandwhich The food was good but a couple hours like 3 hours later i started getting a headache and then it turned to a stomach ache feeling hard to breathe then when i got up to get some water and more Tylenol i threw up the sandwhich 4 times i threw up and currently my upper stomach is giving me a sharp pain. It happened Today at 11pm | Symptoms: Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath
