Worst pain I've ever been in.... missed work because of it. Not able to leave the toilet ... cramps, nausea, fever, throwing up .... all over 4 tacos I got at 9 pm when I hadn't had a single thing to eat all day ! Just terrible !!!! Never again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
