Additional information: I was hospitalized on Christmas Day and my birthday the next day and I’m pissed. I got food poisoning from Jack in the Box in Mesa Arizona Tuesday early morning. I was hospitalized for two and a half days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
