E. coli Infection from Fast-Food - Jack in the Box, Ada Oklahoma

On Sunday Aug 30th I ate there. A couple hours later I was projectile vomiting. It continued for 2 more days and I went to the ER. Where it was confirmed I had food poisoning and ecoli.
I still continued to vomit and 2 after ER i went to urgent care. They tested me for covid which was negative. Told me lmay take up to 7 days to get over food poisoning.
Then i felt little better and then the sickness started again.
I couldn't handle the vomiting anymore and returned to the ER where I was told i had intestinal infection from the ecoli/food posioning | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
