I have two tacos for mare restaurant their chicken It only took about 4 to 5 hours I didn't know what was going on but my headache was so bad I couldn't even stand it I was just turning into Austin and turn is also in all of a sudden I trunk something for my headache naproxen with a little bit of water within about 20 to 30 minutes my body was just going into a big cramp like if somebody was trying to come through I didn't get it the pain was so bad and then I was on my knees on the floor on my knees in the back of the car just trying to cope with it and all of a sudden I have to go to the bathroom and I just started throwing up I made it to the commode and time all over the place I threw up everywhere I couldn't control it it was coming out of both ends at both times and then all of a sudden I've got a break after about 30 minutes then in about 3 hours and came back again then it came back again in 45 minutes they just kept coming back for you know what I was almost 8 hours into getting rid of everything out of my body out of control just diarrhea or vomiting diarrhea vomiting my head was hurting on you know what to do I said I'm just need to make my way to the emergency room because I could die by myself then after being in the hospital for 2 days they confirmed it food poisoning I got the records | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
