Taco Illness: Severe Symptoms - Jack in the Box, Irving Texas

Hi I stopped and bought 6 tacos from jack on 3/14/19 at about 12:48 pm I went back to work and about 15 minutes after eating them I started throwing up at work. Usually if food ever makes me throw up (which is rare) I feel better after. That was not the case. I started to get chills and the nausea was still there. I tried drinking water hoping that would help and it did not. Withing the hour I had to leave work but not before throwing up again. I started to feel light headed and got a huge headache and body aches within an hour and a half. That is the only thing I had eaten all day so I know it was nothing else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Lightheaded, Body Ache
