I was awaken out of my sleep to extreme stomach pains. I thought they would just subside but that did not happen. I then had to rush to the bathroom where I remained for the next hour and a half vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time all while having hot and cold flashes. I have to work and can't afford to loose sleep over any reason so from this day forward I will not be eating at jack in the box ever again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
