Hello, I went to jack in the box on 1/19/18 at 11:00 pm and orderd just a 10 piece mini churros, after eating the churros on my way home everything was okay got home 30 mins later and went to sleep. I woke up at 230 and had the chills even tho I was wrapped with 3 blankets and couldn’t go back to sleep and feeling my stomach upset and after getting up I had the sense of throwing up. After running to the bathroom twice, I felt a bit better but not as confortablly knowing why I got sick. I’m never goin back there again!! XP | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills
