Last night, about 9:30 PM, as soon as I finished eating half a jumbo jack and three tacos. I felt horrible. Then I threw up, emptying my whole stomach. Went to bed and a horrible stomach ache woke me up. Four hours later, I'm having liquid diarrhea and it's very painful. Also feel very nauseous as my temperature rises. Head hurts too. Feeling very weak | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain
