Additional information: 3/24 approx 9 pm; I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I’ve spent almost 24 hours violently vomiting and with diarrhea. I can’t keep down simple fluids. I am so dehydrated I started to pee blood. I have a temperature that I can’t get down, I am in agony. I don’t have insurance so i cannot go to a hospital. This feels like salmonella or E. coli based on color etc. I threw up on the bag that had the receipt and packaging and my husband threw it away | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
