Food Safety Report: Jack's BBQ, Seattle, WA.

7 years ago reported by user-hwjj2639 business

Jack's BBQ, Seattle, WA

3924 Airport Way South, Seattle, 98108 Washington, United States

Yesterday, July 29th 2017, my wife, 2 children, and I ate at Jack's BBQ in Seattle. It was our last meal of the day and the only meal where I ate something the rest of the family did not. We order a sampler platter of sorts and included the coleslaw. I was the only member of the family to try it.

~4am this morning symptoms began: nausea and diarrhea. The symptoms continued throughout the day and while I write this at 10:15pm.

I concluded it was Jack's coleslaw because I was in close contact with my family the entire day on the 29th and they are 100% symptom free. If it was another dish or a virus such as noro then I would expect one or all of them to have symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
