Saturday August 15th 2020 my boyfriend, my boyfriends step dad, and I ate Jacks Frozen Pizza from gas station we started feeling nauseous. The next morning my boyfriends step dad starting throwing up for about an hour, and my boyfriend and I felt nauseous. Fast forward August 19th 2020 I started vomiting and having diarrhea for 5 hours before I was driven to Glen Oaks hospital in Glendale Heights IL, after 4 hours of sitting in the hospital I was diagnosed with food poisoning. All three of us got sick and we didn’t start experiencing any symptoms until about 4 hours after eating the contaminated pizza.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
