I bought 2 Jack’s Frozen Pizzas earlier this week. I made one for my son earlier this week. About 4 hours after eating the pizza, he threw up, and continued vomiting throughout the night. We didn’t think it was the pizza, we figured it was a stomach bug. I made another one this afternoon, and about 4 hours after eating it, I got stomach pains and felt sick. I vomited quite a few times, but began feeling fine. I continued getting stomach pains, and vomited a few more times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
