Report date: Jul 27, 202016. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed low temperature dish machine in rear prep area not properly sanitizing. Sanitizing strength of sanitizer (chlorine) at the time of inspection was at 00 ppm. Instructed to use 3-compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes and to not use dish machine until equipment is properly sanitizing at a minimum of 50 ppm. Dish machine is tagged until notified by cdph for re-inspection. Manager immediately called for maintenance to fix issue. Priority violation. 7-38-025. No citation issued.

- comments: observed dark yellow stains on cutting boards in kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean or replace.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed no visible back flow preventer device on mop sink faucet. Must provide.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed a foul gas/sewage smell upon entering the establishment and also in basement area. Observed standing waste water in basement around the sump pump where many pipes are being directed into the ground. Instructed to repair plumbing issue. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no lid on trash can in women's bathroom. Must provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed card board boxes around outdoor trash can recepticle. Must remove boxes to prevent pest harborage.
