McDonald's Meal Illness Report - McDonald's, Singapore

1 year ago reported by user-gytf6718 business

Jalan Serene, McDonald's Farrer Road, Serene Centre, Singapore

10 Jalan Serene, Singapore, 258748 Singapore

Eating McDonald's for 2 days in a row showed signs of food poisoning. I ordered the satay hamburger set on the first day. I ate it at noon. After about 4-5 hours, I felt dizzy and nauseous while shopping at night. There was no food or drink other than water in between. The next day at 7 p.m., I used McDonald's points to share the snack package and the $5 burger package (+1 new potato grid). After eating, I felt exhausted and dizzy for an hour, and after that, I didn't eat any food or drink other than water. Dizziness, abdominal pain, diarrhea for up to one morning after waking up from bed. Credit consumption and order records are shown in the picture, and the receipt has not been kept | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
