Sept. 1, 2023. Got my usual banana berry after my boxing class. This time, i added soy whey protein. Suddenly felt weird go my stomach around 9:30pm and started having the worst diarrhea ever. This is the only thing I took different from my husband today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
