Salad bar, half Reuben and ice cream cone on Saturday June 2. It was the only thing I ate differently from my husband as I was there on my own. Symptoms started some time in the early morning on Sunday and have continued through today Tuesday June 5, leg and toe cramps, no energy, unable to eat, became quite dehydrated and heart racing. lost 7 pounds in 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration
