I ordered door dash half a smoked jack panini and a salad from Jason’s deli. I ate it by 8pm and woke up at 12:30 with the most violent diarrhea and vomit that lasted non stop two hours. I had a prescription nausea pill I was able to get down but at 7am still having cramps and diarrhea. I at all the sandwich but have the other half of the Salad in my fridge. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Nausea
