This was when they first opened in that fall of 2011, it may be better now. I have eaten at Jax's in Boulder and Denver for years. Hada grilled salmon dinner and before we finished the meal I was sick, my intestines boiled with gas and by the time i got home both ends were exploding. I have worked at my current job for 16 years and have only taken 4 sick days. This was one of them | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
