The homeless shelter I am at in Alexandria Virginia receives meals on wheels food delivered by Jefferies Catering in Alexandria Virginia. The food has been very suspect lately, but my son and I have to eat the food as we are not allowed to eat anything else except what the shelter provides. I became I'll after a meals on wheels pre packaged burger I ate on September 8, 2023. I was so sick I thought I was going to die. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
