The last two weeks, Lucky charms cereal My 3 year old started diarrhing, vomiting and lost appetite after eating the cereal. She kept eating the Marshmallows in the cereal despite the nausea and the diarrhea persisted. Since she stopped eating it, it has stopped after a couple of days. I have saved the remaining cereal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite
