Suspected source: I ate two mini veggie Subs from Jersey Mike's
Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: After eating the mini subs, (2/28) I had a stomach ache within a couple of hours. At around 10:00 p.m. I threw up and started having diarrhea. I only threw up once but the diarrhea has continued. I had chills and a fever of 101.4. I have had diarrhea all day today(3/1) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
