I ate Chicken Philly sub, regular size. The big guy w/black hair on Feb 11th at 6pm put the uncooked chicken on the grill and IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT changing gloves began cooking the chicken. Next he grabbed my cheese with same RAW MEAT Contamination gloves and put on sandwich. By Monday afternoon I was vomiting profusely with stomach cramps AND diarrhea. Several days later in ED Amita, Hoffman Estates, IL and admitted to hospital bc the vomiting and diarrhea won't STOP! 🤮 I should ALSO ADD that Monday, Feb 12 for lunch I bought from Panera Bread two salad bows. One chicken masala with rice and broccoli and black bean with sour cream and avocado and rice from Panera Bread Meacham Rd, Schaumburg, IL and mixed the two bowl portions several hours later, 7-8pm the above symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting stomach cramps began for two days straight ending up in ED then hospital by Friday morning 02/16 to 02/18. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
