Food Safety Report - Jersey Mike's, The Woodlands Texas

10 months ago reported by user-mvwy7249 business

Jersey Mike's Subs, Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, TX, USA

25640 Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, 77375 Texas, United States

Creekside, TX Got a number 4 yesterday for lunch and my life hasn't been the same. Can't eat, can't sleep, cramps, nausea, chills, sweats, explosive diarrhea, etc. Pepto? This laughs in the face of pepto. Imodium? who? I've never been as sick as I have been in the past 14 hours. The toilet and I have a very close personal relationship I never in my life intended on making happen. AND.... AND... I bit my lip on one of my last bites of my sandwich. Should have known. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Explosive diarrhea is more indicative of norovirus than food poisoning. I just had both in the past couple of months. It was rough.

Hi, thank you for your input! Norovirus is indeed a common cause of sudden and severe gastrointestinal symptoms, including diarrhea and vomiting. However, foodborne illnesses can be caused by various pathogens, and some bacterial infections, such as Clostridium perfringens or certain strains of E. coli, can also lead to intense diarrhea. If symptoms persist or worsen, seeking medical advice is always recommended. We appreciate your engagement and we wish you a good day. Best, Iwaspoisoned Support.
