Went in around noon and got a sandwich with lettuce. Picked up a Togo order. While I was waiting for my order a lady was complaining about the lettuce being brown and gross looking. They switched out the lettuce for her but when I got home and checked my sandwich it had brown clumpy lettuce on it. 5 hours after eating I got stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea and pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
