Panera catered subs on Friday, March 5th.
We ate them for lunch. By Saturday evening, I had severe stomach cramping which turned into being violently ill. I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Woke up Sunday morning with chills and aches.
I called my colleagues and they all reported feeling the same way. We traced it all back to the lunch from Jersey Mike's on Friday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
