On Saturday 3/27/2021 7:30pm I ordered a pizza from there. I was told to call on arrival & someone was going to bring the pizza out to me. Only issue was the phone line was busy & I was not able to get through to notify anyone of my order. I understand it's a busy Saturday evening for a pizza shop, so I don't mind the wait. After unsuccessfully reaching anyone on the phone, I notice a worker taking food out to the other customer's car. So I waved him down to get his attention hopefully to let him know that I was waiting on my order, but couldn't get through to the phone line. By the time I told him I was having issues with the phone line, he said yes I'm aware of the issue turned his back on me & walked away. He didn't even ask me if I was there to pick up an order? I had no choice, but to step inside to ask for my order. I stood there for 10 mins before someone even looked up to see if I needed help. I was approached by another worker with his arms crossed & telling me I shouldn't be in the lobby. I was trying to let him know about the phone & I'm sorry for stepping into the lobby. I just wanted to pick up my food. He said I highly doubt the phone wasn't working & all you had to do was sit on hold. Worst part is when they handed me my food one of the workers in the back said,"Spit in that sh*t." I also noticed 3 of the workers prepping food was not wearing a mask & following covid safety guidelines. We're still in a middle of a pandemic & one of the worker threatened to spit in my food. If that is the attitude and their way of treating customers makes me question how they handle other customers food. Please DO NOT order food from this establishment. | Symptoms: Other
