Sunday January 14th Ordered 2 large 10" pizzas thick crust. I ate 3 pieces around 5 PM by 9 o'clock at night I had major abdominal discomfort extended stomach could not rest well. Saturday, 11/27/21. Had the cauliflower crust with pepperoni, beef, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Violently throwing up and diarrhea three hours after I ate the pizza., Not sure, maybe mushrooms. I ordered 2 cauliflower crust pizzas from there, I was going to eat one the next day....
