We order a small four corner pizza with pepperoni and a deep dish cheese bread on Sunday, December 8, 2024. My husband and I shared it for dinner and then proceeded to throw up all night long and into the next day. This continued until we had to visit the emergency room for fluids and medication.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
