Catfish, collard greens, mac n cheese dinner, I ordered take out and ate it immediately and 4 hours later I had extreme stomach pain and explosive diarrhea. I know it was that food because my friend ate something different and did not get sick. I also hadn't eaten anything other than that in 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
