Yesterday and today, I'm on keto and only eat 5-6 different things and eat the same things every day. I believe the Jimmy Deans Hot sausage in the 1lb tube from here caused my current illness. There were lots of black dots that looked like course pepper in the tube of sausage I ate yesterday morning and this morning. I thought it strange but didn't think too much of it at the time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
