Ordered a large Turkey sandwich Friday afternoon. Wasn't feeling great right after eating it but thaught it was just food intolerance. Next morning I had the worst diarrhea of my life, could barely stand without passing out, was extremely clammy and had a fever, etc. This has lasted 12+ hours already despite anti-diarrhea meds and I am.debating an ER trip for extreme dehydration as I can't keep anything down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration
