I placed my order through the mobile app for a #1 Pepe with extra mayonnaise. It was delivered to my job around 11am. Shortly after I consumed my meal, I became ill. I attempted to use the bathroom to settle my stomach. However, I still was ill. Immediately as I got in my car to go home, around 3:30 pm I began to vomit in my car. I went home and I began to drink fluids and lay down. I vomited again this time, along with having diarrhea. My stomach continued to hurt and I continued to have diarrhea. Jimmy John’s was the only meal I had that day. I assume the mayonnaise was spoiled. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
