I got a sandwich today, picked up my order. Floor was sticky, so sticky that you could literally hear the souls of your shoes pulling free. Tables were filthy. Ate my sandwich outside after a quick walk. It was the only food I consumed today. Not long after, commence the epic diarrhea. I've had over 5 such events since eating the sandwich. I am experiencing cramping, chills, and nausea on top of it all, simply from having so much diarrhea in one afternoon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills, Cramps
