Girlfriend and I ate here yesterday and she became violently ill including vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, extreme body and joint aches, head aches, fatigue, and dehydration. I, fortunately, only felt minorly ill that night but still experienced bad stomach pains and cramping. I consumed a #1 while she consumed a #4. it was the only meal we ate together that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache, Joint Pain
