Yesterday mid day. We have been vomiting along with headaches, fatigue, diarrhea, and nausea, , also a fever We both had a sandwich but I think mine was the bad one because my partner ate some of mine but hasn't been as sick as me. I got the Beach Club and he had the Billy Club. I have not kept anything down including water in two days. Also endless diarrhea. | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
