Several hrs after eating vito sandwich easy lettire at around 4-4:30pm and I was the only fam mem to eat there I got massive food poison vomiting/diarrhea and passed out. Ended up in ER
7/11/18 my husband tried to report to the mgr on duty but the mgr wasn't quite asking the necessary questions. We asked a report be filed. Not sure it was. They didn't ask for my name or info. My husband told them my name. They don't give receipts unless you ask, I did not ask.
