December 20th 2017 my wife brought mean in Italian night club sandwich and I started getting stomach pain diarrhea and a fever between an hour and two hours later. I was up throughout that evening into the next day vomiting. I am certain it is from the food as I had absolutely no symptoms of anything prior to eating that food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
