Additional information: Food tasted fine. Other family member had the same ingredients on bread, mine was an unwich. Unwich (Tom Turkey with provolone), family had same sandwich but on bread so guessing it was the lettuce wrap. Became violently ill 8-10 hours after eating. Vomiting lasted approx 12 hours and included a severe headache. No fever or diarrhea. Purchased 2/29/24 approx 3pm. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
