Repeat Illness from Subs - Jimmy John's, Sheboygan Wisconsin

On Sunday, 7/30/2017 at approximately, 12:30 PM, I purchased a #1 sub from Jimmy John's. Around 11:00 PM the same symptoms began, I had the chills, aches, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. It's currently 12:20 PM on Monday, 7/31/2017, and I still have a fever, aches and chills. This is not the first time I got sick from eating Jimmy John's.
