Go to the hospital. Food poisoning is not going to cause a terrible multi-day headache. You know what will? A stroke, migraine, aneurysm, stress. Plenty of things you should at least get checked to rule out, but not food poisoning.
MSG is a major cause of brain inflammation. If they used it in their broth you could have MSG poisoning.
