Ordered a chicken sandwich around 4pm, Texture of the sandwich was a bit different that usual towards the end but I was starving and continued to eat. As of 9pm, Started getting nauseous and a headache began. Suspecting something was wrong with the chicken. Also ate a side of adobo rice and a speciality drink from their menu. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
