I'm currently hospitalized with a very serious case of food poisoning that has led to additional complications. On Wednesday around 3 PM, I ate chicken with gravy and palabok. By about 9 PM that same evening, I became extremely sick.

I spent the entire night and following day with a high fever, severe headache, diarrhea, and rapidly worsening symptoms, which ultimately required hospitalization. The timing strongly suggests the food I ate earlier that day may have been the cause.
