I had the carnitas tacos two nights ago and when I woke up yesterday morning, I had diarrhea. A couple hours later I was vomiting and it was a neon yellow color. I have been really nauseous and haven’t been able to get out of bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
