NO EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK IN BEVERAGE PREP AREA FOR HANDWASHING; MUST INSTALL. INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, SOAP AND HANDTOWELS. TABLE WARE AND LEFT OVER PACKAGING DONE IN THIS AREA. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
