I ate half of the Pesto Chicken Sandwich on Friday March 30th. Saturday I had no appetite but not feeling ill until a knot developed in my stomach that night. Bad headache and mild nausea all Sunday. Monday I had fever, chills, couldn't keep even water down, diarrhea, and vomiting until I took enough benadryl to knock me out so I could stop dry heaving. My bf ate theother half Sunday morning and today (Wednesday) he just got home from work with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Loss of Appetite
